  Debo decir que fue buena decisión elegir mi PCP con ustedes la Dra; Alejandría Odum, el personal en general, enfermera, el personal de la farmacia, las chicas de recepción muy atentas y profesionales, eso es tener ética profesional, gracias enormemente por su trabajo!

  Dr.Romero was very kind,friendly and most of all she cared about my needs! She took her ti.e with me! I think k she is going to be a good caring Dr!!

  “Doctor” Lindsey really needs to be investigated for medical negligence. She a terrible “doctor” who thinks she can “choose” when she can/ won’t prescribe medication or topical cream for ECZEMA. She has a nasty attitude who’s constantly rude to her patients. Please try to find a better doctor be Lindsey Lindsey doesn’t know what basic human rights are!

  Been going here for a while now, but yesterday was THE worst!!! Had an appointment for 2 they called and rescheduled for 2:30, ok no big deal!!! Wrong!!! Big deal!! Especially since I did not get seen till 4:15, mind you I had been sitting in the waiting area up front since 2:15!, didn’t get to the back till 3:40, And that was after I stuck my head out of the room to tell them I was leaving!!! No I’m so sorry, not even a lame excuse of we are just so busy and behind today!! Just are you sure you have to leave I can see you really quick right now, just finished updating this other chart!!!! Finishing up these next two months of meds and then moving on, time for a change!!! I have 2 kids who were at home with my mom thinking I was going to be home around 3 since it was just a simple recheck appointment!! I don’t have time to be sitting up at a doctors office where they schedule appointments just for fun and to make people sit and wait forever to actually be seen!!!

  The lab bathroom is disgusting. Overflowing trash so bad the top doesn't close n you can see bathroom waste, urine on floor, insufficient tp, lazy staff of 2 stand around or sit, NO one is cleaning or helping pts navigate what they should do then they cut corners or make outright errors which surley alter LAB RESULTS. They took a sample they hadn't tested n was still in the box n called it MINE. I had to tell them 4 times so it didn't become part of my medical records. Nobody is keeping to any kind of a schedule though it's plainly posted. Dare Medlink to do undercover, surprise audits of this terrible lab staff n restroom conditions they subject pts to in this federally funded lab. What a disaster.
