- JSJOHN STEELENov 10, 20251.0DO NOT USE THESE SAMMERS...If i could give zero stars i would...went in and paid the $160 for a 3 minute exam and to schedule colonostomy...scheduled the procedure and was told the procedure would cost $400...i asked if that was the total cost and they said yes....the day before the procedure the hospital called me and informed me that it would be an additional $1000 ....i called there office and talked to the office manager who told me that i should have just known there was going to be an additional cost....i canceled my appointment which i cut my vacation short to make....i also canceled their payment of $164 via my credit card company...DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!....If their medical procesures are as bad as their office..........????

I called the Waycross office because I was sick and needed some meds called in .I was told I couldn't speak to a nurse but that one would call me early the next day. Well, I did not receive a call. I expect better treatment than that since I have been a patient there for 14 years.
