  DO NOT USE THESE SAMMERS...If i could give zero stars i would...went in and paid the $160 for a 3 minute exam and to schedule colonostomy...scheduled the procedure and was told the procedure would cost $400...i asked if that was the total cost and they said yes....the day before the procedure the hospital called me and informed me that it would be an additional $1000 ....i called there office and talked to the office manager who told me that i should have just known there was going to be an additional cost....i canceled my appointment which i cut my vacation short to make....i also canceled their payment of $164 via my credit card company...DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!....If their medical procesures are as bad as their office..........????

  call to confirm my appointment asked to speak to the VA person. The receptionist said she was busy. Asked what I needed. Proceeded to tell her what I needed. She was very short didn’t seem interested in what I had to say hung up in the middle of what I was saying. decided to call back, had a short conversation with her about the rudeness of hanging up on someone. She proceeded to tell me that she was sorry I was having a bad day, which didn’t make sense. Then she told me that her brother was dying, which made sense because she hung up on me so she was having a bad day apparently I think the doctor needs to maybe give her a filing job participate receptionist job that way she doesn’t need to speak to anyone.

  DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS OFFICE!! I went into this office ACCIDENTALLY when going to pick up my some lab work for my 83 year old granny. The receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE. She rolled her eyes and acted as if I bothered her just by walking up to the counter and asking a question. The other Gastro doctors office on Alice street is where I was supposed to be. THANK YOU GOD granny sees the doctor down the street and I was just in the wrong place.

  I apologize for not completing my complaint,but as I said before I do not know why the office manager Jamie at doctor Irfran's office was so rude to me when i was only trying to help someone else who her anger should have been directed to. I will say I believe she's worked at a doctors office sometime ago that I must have seen. At that time I had several doctor's in waycross as I do now. I have never had a concern with them to cause her to have such horrible insubordinate behavior towards me. A few years ago I was gathering documents for which I needed for personal and medical reasons due to being disabled. Maybe she had to gather those documents and didn't care to do so. Whatever it may have been,I apologize to you Jamie because what ever it was it seems to have left a mark so much that you don't know how to carry yourself in a professional manner,and you have a blessed day mam......Thank u Kesha Hamm....Date March 21st ,2016
