  DO NOT USE THESE SAMMERS...If i could give zero stars i would...went in and paid the $160 for a 3 minute exam and to schedule colonostomy...scheduled the procedure and was told the procedure would cost $400...i asked if that was the total cost and they said yes....the day before the procedure the hospital called me and informed me that it would be an additional $1000 ....i called there office and talked to the office manager who told me that i should have just known there was going to be an additional cost....i canceled my appointment which i cut my vacation short to make....i also canceled their payment of $164 via my credit card company...DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!....If their medical procesures are as bad as their office..........????

  I have been going to Dr. Irfan for years. He is a good doctor, but his office staff is slack. I called the Waycross office because I was sick and needed some meds called in .I was told I couldn't speak to a nurse but that one would call me early the next day. Well, I did not receive a call. I expect better treatment than that since I have been a patient there for 14 years.

  If you don't have insurance? Don't bother going to this doctor's office. They made me pay $160 up front just to be weighed and have my blood pressure taken. I didn't even see the doctor. I saw a nurse practitioner. A nurse practitioner who didn't even examine me. She also refused the results of the emergency room doctor's examination - which is that, while I don't have stones, my gallbladder seems to be non-functioning and I need a functionality test. That I needed to see a GE within 3 to 5 days. So, not only did I NOT see the actual doctor and had a nurse practitioner who didn't examine me but then she proceeded to tell me I would have to pay $400 cash for a colonoscopy and $250 cash for an endoscopy before they would ever begin to address my gallbladder issues. After much nagging on my part, they ordered the functionality test. Test was done. When I called the following day to find out about the results, I was told the nurse practitioner who reads them will be out for the rest of the week. Again, I repeat, an emergency room doctor told me this needs to be taken care of ASAP. However Dr. Irfan s office decided to let it sit for a week and then have a nurse practitioner read it. As expected when I called them back a week later (because they couldn't be bothered to call me) I was told my results were normal. I am now looking for a second opinion. Avoid them!
