  I arrived for my annual checkup on January 6th with an 11:00 AM appointment. I completed all paperwork ahead of time through the MyChart app and planned to pay my co-pay at the office. MyChart explicitly instructed me to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did (I checked in at 10:47). At the front desk, I was told I might not be seen because I was considered “late.” After checking with the doctor, I was informed my appointment was canceled because I was supposedly required to arrive 30 minutes early as a new patient—something that was never communicated to me by phone, email, text, or within MyChart. When I showed the staff the app clearly stating 15 minutes, it made no difference. I later contacted my primary doctor’s office, who confirmed that their standard—and what patients are told—is 15 minutes, and expressed surprise at how this was handled. I also left a message for the office manager at the women’s center and never received a response. This was a failure of communication on the office’s part, and it should not have cost me an appointment. I will not return and would caution others to be very clear—preferably in writing—about arrival expectations before scheduling here.

  Just had my baby with Dr Campbell. Everyone in the practice is super nice and helpful. I had an amazing experience. Dr Campbell also removed polyps from my uterus making it possibly for me to successfully conceive after multiple miscarriages. She really loves what she does and her patients. You will love this practice.

  I am about to have my baby with this Practice and at Piedmont Hospital for the first time and I am looking forward to it. All Doctors, Nurses, Assistants and Receptionist had been great professionals since day one; specially Donna(Nurse), Angela (Receptionist) Thank you all for everything!

  How often does a woman say I lived getting my annual women's wellness exam? I love my doctor and her staff! Dr Garcia is fabulous. She makes it feel like visiting a friend.

  The office staff and personnel are very kind and courteous. My daughter has seen April several times now. April takes her time explains everything thoroughly and made my daughter feel comfortable. The thing I like most about April is that she is straight forward and to the point. April makes you feel like a person and not just another diagnostic code. Thank you April and keep up the good job!!!
