- AWallison womackJan 2, 20261.0Absolutely disgusted by the girl that answered the phone today. I had been trying to call for over 20 minutes and was transferred to their answering service. When she answered, I asked if they were closed today. She said yes, that they will reopen Monday (it’s Friday). I said seriously, that’s unfortunate and she HUNG UP!! I needed help from a doctor and she Hung up!! Do better! We will be finding a new doctor’s office. I encourage everyone else to do so also!

The only issue is, you can’t receive medical care if you can’t get in touch with anyone to schedule an appointment. The office opens at 9am, and we have been trying to call for an hour and it goes straight to a busy signal. The office hours are also not very accommodating.
- ACAmanda ChambersMar 6, 20195.0My 6 year old has been seeing Miss Jesse since he was 1. The entire staff is amazing and very accommodating especially for sick visits or anything urgent. Wait is never long and the whole staff treats you like family and loves your child like he/she was their own. We just love them!
- SMSonya MullinsFeb 7, 20181.0Y'all have been my children's pediatrician for nearly 16 years and today my daughter had a scheduled well visit and I was denied service. I have been doing self pay the last 2 years and I finally have health insurance again through BCBS which I was told today in the office that you don't accept so I said I would pay out of pocket on the spot like always do, but was denied. DO NOT USE THIS PEDIATRICIAN YOU ARE NOT A PERSON JUST A NUMBER $$ I guess you wouldn't accept my money bc you wanted to over bill the insurance company. I'm pretty sure Dr. McCorkle would very upset to know how his customers are being treated. I own a restaurant and I would be very upset with my staff if they ever treated anyone the way I was treated today.
