  I arrived to the labs center checked in at 8:35 and advised i need to be scene in between 8:-45-9:00. There were on 5 people ahead of me. Desk personal said they could get it in. At 9:16 i went back to desk and asked why I hadn't been called yet the window had closed. Desk person said you told me 9:45 and I said no 8:50 - 9:00.

  The check in process is confusing and inefficient--sometimes I am told to go straight to the kiosk; at other times I should have stopped at the desk. The blood draw portion of this lab also seems to function inefficiently at times. In one 25 minute period, with a waiting room full of patients, they called 2 people for routine bloodwork.

  This place is wonderful! I went at 8:00 on a Thursday morning to get blood drawn and had a flawless experience. Check in was a breeze, the staff were proficient and kind, and I was out of there within 15 minutes total. Highly recommend for anyone needing lab work done.

  Went here for labs 12/31/25 checked in and after 10-15mins. Of not getting my name called I asked the front desk if I was supposed to be waiting where i was or somewhere different because in the time i was waiting there were 2 lab employees just laughing and talking to eachother like they didnt have patients waiting out in the waiting room when in fact they had me and another person who had been waiting who knows how long before I came in. I was in no way rude or mean to the front desk when asking about where I was supposed to be but apparently they took me asking that as I was "mad" or having "a bad day" bc when I was called back to get my labs drawn the lady asked me why I was having a bad day? Will not be coming back here eventhough its the closest lab to me.

  I've been here several times, and they are professional and kind. The check-in process is streamlined, and they get me in and out in a very timely manner.
