  All personnel were friendly and helpful. Dr. T is always helpful and interested in helping resolve my issues!

  I would recommend Dr. Tuckfield to anyone. I saw him for the second time yesterday. He has a great patient manner along with being a knowledgeable doctor. The staff is great, as well.

  Excited about new large space, light and wide hallways. Dr. Flood was great as always and addressed all our issues. However, staff Christina needs more training. She is young and doesn’t have much experience or compassion. Patients come here with vision issues, some limited with movement, that require extra step to care for them. Christina would hand tissue without saying anything, when my mom could not even see it. She was kind of irritated while performing visual test on my mom, since mom could not figure out for a while, how to perform it. Then Christina sped off to next room, while mom took extra time to find her cane, get up and figure out where she needs to go. Performing my mom’s test, Christina barely verbalized steps what she is about to do. I also observed her calling another elderly patient with a walker that took extra time, so Christina was just standing from distance kind of annoyed, while she could get closer, give her a hand or just hold her elbow, while patient was trying to slowly get up. There was really lack of human interaction and attention that left bad taste.

  I had a bad experience today. I have been going to Center for sight for years and never been treated like I was today. When the girl called my name she never once spoke she did not tell me her name or anything. We walked into the room she adjusted the stool and asked what are you doing here today? Well I am here for my yearly check up. Then she got to asking me if I was on some medicine that I had no idea what she was talking about. She could not pronounce the word and started saying initial. Finally she looked it up and said water pill I said yes I do take a water pill. She never got off of the stool she was sitting on. When she started checking my eyes the machine did not even touch my face. I told her it was not right but of course she just kept checking my eyes. When the girl came in with Dr. Gordon I asked to be rechecked. This girl was so nice. The first girl which I still do not know her name ( if I have to encounter with her again I won’t be back) I really felt like this girl didn’t want to help me because I was white. Like I said the other girl which was black was so nice. Like I said I won’t ever go back there if I have to encounter with this girl again. I think you have a real problem with her. I have worked retail for over 40 years and I won’t be treated like this again. My name is Myra and I was there on March 18 2026.
