  The first caregiver said no when I asked her to help change client, the second one was fired by office for probation and the last got a phone call about her son which made her mad she came back in the house and taking her problem out on my wife by. Raising her voice at her. We are both in our Mr if to late sixty’s and should not have to put up with this (it is considered elderly abuse by the law)

  When our elderly loved one fell and broke an arm that required surgery recently, we immediately needed 24/7 help while she recovered and regained mobility. Heather was absolutely wonderful - she understood our changing needs and met them quickly and with compassion, kindness and flexibility. Every caregiver we had through Home Instead was excellent, well trained, professional and so very helpful. I highly recommend Home Instead and would use them again anytime we need caregivers.

  Home Instead did a tremendous job taking care of my mother for almost four years. One caregiver was with us from the very first night. Their care, concern, flexibility and kindness throughout the last four years of my mother's life was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this company for any and all who are looking for home caregivers for their loved one. I know it is difficult to find the right match, thankfully we were able to, and for this I am very grateful.
