  I had a full body mole check. No issues. Taylor was very sweet and had a comfortable presence. However, my entire experience here felt like a huge whirlwind. I saw someone else mention in the reviews that "this place is a mill", and I have to agree. I definitely felt like a number, and just another one on the assembly line. They made uncomfortably quick work of everything. This is a well-oiled machine in that regard. Probably won't return unless it's necessary. I prefer a different atmosphere for my healthcare.

  I had seen Morgan Rains at another practice in the past and was so happy to find her again here. She is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely kind — the perfect combination! I can be pretty modest and self-conscious, but Morgan has such a warm, reassuring presence that I felt completely comfortable and at ease during my appointment. What could have felt awkward was truly no big deal at all. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit, which says a lot! I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking thoughtful, skilled care.

  I’m giving a 5 star rating because I absolutely love NP Mallory Aycock. She is the first dermatology professional I have been to in years that is focused and unhurried in her examination. She is very kind and easy to communicate with. My only problem with the practice is that they do not have adequate parking for the number of patients they see. The parking lot can get congested with waiting cars. Myself and several others had to park across the street in another complex when I visited.Be sure to arrive extra early for your appointment because of this.

  I would like to share my enthusiastic recommendation for PA Morgan Raines in Dermatology. I’ve had the privilege of being treated by Morgan even before she joined her current practice, and I was very glad to reconnect with her again. She consistently provides exceptional care and demonstrates a high level of professionalism and competence in everything she does. Morgan is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field, but she also takes the time to listen carefully and explain things clearly. Her friendly, approachable manner immediately puts you at ease, and you never feel rushed during your appointment. It’s obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best possible outcomes for them. It’s rare to find a provider who combines clinical expertise with such warmth and compassion. I would highly recommend PA Morgan Raines to anyone seeking excellent dermatologic care.

  The doctor was delightful and all but I definitely was not pleased with their scheduling practices. I knew from the beginning the service I wanted was non medical and purely cosmetic so I needed an aesthetician. They called me the day before my appointment to say I’d be switched to see a doctor I asked why and she really didn’t have an explanation. I go along with it, show up for the appointment, doc walks in for all of 10 seconds and says we will reschedule you to see an aesthetician. I get to check out and pay co pay and she says let me schedule you for your consult with the aesthetician which is another co pay and time off work for me. It’s not the money, but the principle…..why would I need to pay another co pay and do another consult? The one I just paid for was a waste of time and day off. In short, they forced me to see a doctor and pay that co pay instead of what I needed. Waste of time.
