  I sought care at Allergy Partners of Georgia expecting follow-through on a treatment plan discussed at my December visit, including medication and Dupixent enrollment. Unfortunately, delays and lack of communication resulted in a flare-up and additional doctor visits to obtain care that should have been coordinated through this office. While a staff member eventually stepped in to help move things forward, the overall experience left me feeling more like a chart than a patient. When treatment delays directly impact someone’s health and quality of life, communication, accountability, and follow-through are essential — and in this case, those expectations were not met, which is why I’ve chosen to continue my care elsewhere.

  Larry smith is excellent, kind, very measured in his approach and very helpful! The nurses are kind. The office staff could use some work on their friendliness.

  Knowledgeable and friendly staff all the way around. My appointment was on time and kept moving efficiently; not a lot of sitting around waiting for the next step. Good suggestions for my issue, including a new medication. Fingers crossed this is the thing that gives me relief.
