  Based on the reviews, I was really excited about being seen by Dr. Smith for the first time ! Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Very dry personality. My visit was just that, a visit. Nothing impressive at all. As a new patient, I wasn’t asked about my current lenses or if I’m having any problems with them. The only reason they inquired about glasses is when I asked if I could get my current prescription fitted to a pair of glasses that I brought. I was told that it would take about 2 weeks for my glasses to come in. I had to call them to see if my glasses were in and they were. I didn’t receive a call! I was very disappointed!! However the personnel at the front were very nice and Michelle was awesome.

  I love this office. Marissa at the front desk is exceptionally kind and helpful. They do their best to accommodate you, unlike other eye clinics that schedule appointments months out. Dr. Smith is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes her time to address any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend this office—you won’t be disappointed.

  I went to pick.ip.my new glasses on Tuesday and the sign on the door said closed for Thanksgiving. WTH? Thhanks givingbis still 3 days away. It wasn't posted on the website either.

  The facility is very nice and clean. All staff members were kind and helpful. Didn't have to wait a long time from the time I made the appointment to when I actually went, and I had them put it a few weeks out from what they could do, so getting an appointment is easy. Also didn't have to wait a long time in office either. Longest I waited was for my eyes to dilate, which also isn't a long time. I was in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Misti Smith is top notch, too. I saw her at other places and knew I had to follow her here.

  I thought all vision exams were equal until I came here to see Dr. Smith. When I got my new glasses I saw so perfectly that it was a relief. In the past, I've been nauseous or dealt with headaches when I got new glasses. This will be where I return to & where I suggest to my family going forward in this area. Professional, timely, & considerate! Thanks to the team!
