I spent 2 hours in the office. Seeing the doctor was the shortest time of the whole visit. Only one doctor with a full case load.
When I entered the office just about every seat was full,.
Then they call you back to have your eyes dilated, wait, then they call you back to a dark waiting room, then have your eyes checked again, wait, then they call you back to see the doctor.
Can't you fix the routine visit? Enter, dilate, checked again then doctor? That would make the flow so much better.
