- BGBecca GarrettSep 5, 20251.0Very poor communication and service. Very difficult to get them on the phone during business hours. Getting out of the ordinary scripts filled so insurance will cover usually requires several phone calls between Dr.'s office, pharmacy and insurance company. Which results in hours on the phone. It's almost like you have to be your own advocate and really push to get what you need. Not very happy with this office. Will most likely look for a new primary care dr.
