- KKKaren j KampsSep 3, 20243.0I called to be seen and I have been a patient of Dr Leavengoods over 20 yrs, I am in severe pain in my neck that started Monday. I was not offered to be put on a cancellation list or to be seen as my Neck pain is a 10! They said that Dr Kile had no openings and I might be able to be scheduled for Wednesday. I called back and asked to speak to the scheduling dept and the person on the phone said they werent available, she asked if she could help, well, I would like to have made an appointnent, so I said no. I guess it is time to find another cbiropractic center that cares about their patients in pain. UPDATE, UPDATE UPDATE I was allowed to be seen by Dr, Leavengood on 4th Sept Wednesday afternoon after I stopped by his Office as The Pain on the leftside of my Neck was a 15 on pain scale. Dr Leaven good used his activator on my neck area and shoulders, it helped but the PAIN WAS INTENSE It brought me to Tears. They scheduled another appointment on 5th Sept at 3:30pm, I was finally able to move my Neck to the Right without having to turn most of my body to the Right. I had better range of movement on my leftside as well. I was scheduled a 3rd appt for my Neck pain at 3pm, 6th Sept, I had more movement in my Neck before I was adjusted, since my appt I have had to go back to taking Ibuprophen 400mg , and Icing my neck. I am managing the best I can without having to pay more money out of pocket.
