- ASAmbre ShayneJul 13, 20191.0Absolutely worse customer service I’ve ever received especially at a pharmacy! My son had an ear infection and his doctor sent his prescription to Kroger, I normally use CVS, but I was fine with that. I went to pick up his prescription and his insurance wasn’t on file, which is odd because I used to use them when he was first born. I was told that I would have to come inside since I didn’t have his insurance card and they could look it up. I asked why I would have to come inside because my son was finally sleep as he wasn’t feeling good and he went on to say because his computer wouldn’t allow him to look it up. I said okay and woke my son up so I could come inside. Once inside I told the lady why I was there and she goes on to tell me that they can’t look up his information unless I have his insurance card, I told her the man just told me I could if I came inside, she then rudely tells me that is not what he told you, like I had a reason to make it up. The lady continues to go back and forth with me, never once actually trying to help me, but only telling me how I was wrong. The pharmacist/manager then comes up there to belittle me even more telling me as a mother I should always have all my son information on me, which I had his social security card, his birth certificate, everything I could possible have but his insurance card as I thought it was already on file and they could look it up. So needless to say I walked out of there very upset and near tears. So I will NEVER go there again !
