  It has been a pleasure to have someone like Erica, care for my 84-year-old sister. My sister is in decline and doesn't have many good days or a smile on her face, until Erica comes in to tend to her. She approaches her tasks not like a job but like a passion. My sister recognizes this and responds accordingly. Thanks for all you do. We are fortunate to have you in our lives.

  Hospice is a terrible and beautiful time, all at once. The team from Family Hospice in Villa Rica has been great to work with, making this whole journey easier. They don't just take care of our precious loved one, they also care for our family with patience and kindness. Tashena our RN is really good to explain what's happening and let us know what we might anticipate for the future. Erica our CNA is careful and thorough with her patient, and always kind when she interacts with us. When we needed equipment, it was delivered in good order and in a timely fashion. I would recommend Family Hospice to anyone who needs hospice care.

  I want to take a moment to share my appreciation for an amazing CNA Erica B. I met during my grandmother’s hospice care. She showed a level of compassion, patience, and professionalism that brought so much comfort to our family over the past weekend. She treated her with dignity and gentleness, speaking to her with kindness and making sure she was always clean, comfortable, and cared for. She went above and beyond — taking her time, explaining every step, and tending to her needs as if she were her own family. I am truly grateful for the care, respect, and love she showed my grandmother. She is a blessing to her profession, and our family will never forget meeting her.   Erica B is one of the best. So proud to have her and she makes sure her patients are 100 percent took care of. I never worry when I see her enter the room. And I know when she leaves the room the patient is better than they were
