  Don't feel like I got the best service. Told the doctor I was having severe symptoms that is effecting my ability work with the pressure and blockage in my passage way also informed him that I have been taking antibiotics for over a month with a combination of decongestants and nasal sprays . He informed me I should try Flonase and I told him that I have tried Flonase and it was the least effective out of all the sprays I tried and still persisted on Flonase and prescribed me 20 antibiotics. so here I am telling him that it's not working and he tells me if the problem persist we may have to gen another x ray. . The problem is persisting that's why I'm here I've already been to the emergency room and gave me a cat scan and they didn't tell me about the two cysts in my nose. Really the whole medical field is a joke right be carefully where you spend your money and do your own research you just need them to prescribe you the medication you need you will have to find out on your own what medication you need because they certainly do not know.

  First time here and by far the worst receptionist service ever received. I called to locate the store and all i got was crude tone, and condescending answers. She proceeded to tell me information i already told her with an attitude as if it was I, myself, wasn’t the one who told her this. I stated my appointment time and my struggles to find the office, PLUS my attempts to call earlier. She told me “your were supposed to be here at (time). Mind you it was the first sentence in my call. When people as for help locating an office IN the HOSPITAL the answer given should not be “well it’s inside the hospital are you inside?” with disrespectful tone. This type of childish unruly child behavior and treatment should be considered before making an appointment. last thing to mention if she can’t explain how to get there mind as well cancel your appointment you’ll get nowhere with them. FIRST line of contact cannot be people with attitudes or believing they know more than the actual doctor. Stop working if it’s so hard to talk to people respectfully.

  Dr. Andrist isn't good with kids who have autism, he's very impatient. He has no bed side manner and disregarded our feelings. He kept telling us everything was fine and that there was no problem even though my son had a really bad ear infection. And my son keeps getting strep and denied us of having his tonsils removed. They second guess the parent's and the manager does too. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

  Dr. Andrist and his staff are the best. He’s so personable and takes the time to educate you about whatever is going on. He’s literally changed my quality of life. Great place if you have sinus or allergy issues!
