  Muy mal lugar no atienden a su tiempo y dejan uno hasta último un lugar muy racista porque no es la primera vez que nos a pasado esto y nos dejan a uno de hispano hasta el último minuto pero luego no quieren que nadie les diga nada pero no hacen bien su trabajo como debe ser

  We have been taking our 2 and a half year old here since she was born, because we were interested in seeing a pediatrician who we heard good things about. Once this pediatrician moved away, we continued going. We have never had a bad experience with any of the medical staff that we have seen. The reason for the 1 star review is because of the way this office is managed. We've always scheduled the earliest appointment, in hopes of being seen quickly. Somehow the wait time has almost always been longer than an hour. Though this seems to be more and more common across all kinds of doctor's offices, it is still not something we preferred. The final nail in the coffin, and the reason for this review and why we are switching providers, is because of what happened this morning. My wife took our 2 and a half year old and 4 month old in for their appointments, again both scheduled for the earliest possibly available. Upon arrival, her and 3 other parents with their children found the office to be locked, and apparently no staff was present whatsoever. After waiting 30 minutes, she finally left. There was never a call from the office letting parents know that they were going to be closed for the morning. No kind of notice posted on the door. My wife could not get a hold of anyone from the office after trying to call. In anticipation of their response with the excuse about the potential for severe weather this morning, it still does not excuse the lack of notice for people with appointments scheduled. Parents who had to wake up early and get themselves and their children ready and out the door to be there on time could have been saved all the trouble with a simple phone call. Also, other pediatricians offices were open (we called and checked). This behavior is extremely unprofessional and honestly just rude, but unfortunately it is what we have come to expect from this office. I sincerely hope they make improvements soon, and wish them nothing but success in offering healthcare to the children of Valdosta. But we will not be back.

  So glad this is my children last appointment here . Finally got accepted into another pediatrician office that’s clean and more efficient . Everything is dirty here from the lobby and bathroom .

  Worst pediatrician office probably in existence. We have been trying to get them to fax over forms to our sons school for over 2 months now for his speech therapy called again today only for them to tell me they haven’t done anything because he has to have his 5 year check up to move forward.. I’ve talked to someone at least twice before this and this was not brought to my attention and the front desk just kept avoiding my question when asked why I hadn’t been informed about this before now also they claimed that they tried to call once ONE TIME but it went to voicemail. trying to get anyone on the phone is absolutely impossible. They have the absolute rudest staff and if you’re anti vax they look at you like you’re the scum of the earth and you have no right raising children I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy
