    Very prompt check in and short wait in lobby. All staff was very polite and professional. Only complaint is that anytime you call for an appointment, it is always a few months before you can be seen. Even a surgical consult arising from today's visit could not be scheduled until mid May. These delays are rough on a patient with vision trouble.

    After getting to the sign in window, they took my ID, Medicare card, Anthem card and supplemental insurance. It took about 5 minutes-not bad when dealing with insurance. I was called back to be triaged before seeing the doctor. Again, glad for all the pre-doc preparations. When seen by Dr. Kolitz, he greeted me with a handshake, smile and small talk to ease my anxiousness. He gave my eyes the attention needed before a genuine goodbye, see ya next year farewell. GOOD EXPERIENCE👍🏼

    Dr. Collis was extremely attentive and pleasent during my appointment. He explained the procedure that I needed to get done in plain language. My appointment was one of the best interactions that I've had with a doctor.

    It was an absolute great experience from the time I checked in to the end of my appt. Reyna who did all my eye tests was so sweet, kind and very professional! Dr. McDonald is an awesome doctor and explains everything well, so that you understand.. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I hope my visits will always be like this one.. Thank you! Peggy Mulvaney ❤️

    I’m happy at all with my experience this past Friday 3/13 at your Valdosta office! I called a few months ago to schedule appointments for myself and my daughter and was told I would be with Dr. Rowe at 10:30 and my daughter at 11:10. I show up for our appointments to check in and am informed they don’t have my appointment in the system just my daughters. They tell me to have a seat and they will have a manager look into it. They call my daughter back for her appointment and then after her exam I have to go check on the status of my appointment myself. At this point nobody knows anything and I’m told to have a seat. We proceed to optical to order my daughter some glasses then I’m called back to the front desk to be told they tried to pull the recordings of when I made the appointments but they don’t know what happened so I will have to reschedule. Thankfully Dr. Rowe extended my contact lense prescription to order contacts but there was never a sorry for the inconvenience by anyone at all! Everybody seemed to just act like everything was fine and I didn’t even talk to a manager just the front desk. This is not the first time I’ve had an appointment mix up with your office and the customer service people seem to get the blame! It sounds like you need a better system because it doesn’t seem to be working! Please do better because if it wasn’t for Dr. Rowe we would leave this office! I’m more than frustrated and to also be told the next appointment availability is not until October! I know you are a busy office but this is absolutely ridiculous!
