  The staff at this location are wonderful! Friendly, courteous and very professional! I have used the services at this location when I have to travel a few times and enjoy each visit. I also enjoy the same excellent service in Palm Coast Fl. I highly recommend Quest! I get my test results within 24-48 hrs by logging into my account.

  I went in on yesterday and my experience was awful. The lady who came to the desk was extremely rude, continuously being rude! It was too early to have such a terrible attitude. She made very rude comments to me the whole entire visit, but I didn’t even give her the energy she wanted in return. She was moving so fast, my urine ended up spilling all over her hands(karma). I would rather not return and if I did not need to finish my testing which was a drug screening for a job( that she continuously mentioned that I was trying to get the job and that I didn’t have it yet) then I would have left. She was unnecessarily rude. 0/10.. would not recommend coming here at all. When I came in it was two ladies, one black lady with glasses and a white lady with glasses, it was the white lady who was rude. The black lady just looked and walked away.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience and would strongly caution others to think twice before using this lab—especially if you are going through fertility treatment or any time-sensitive medical situation. My physician ordered my labs as STAT on two separate occasions, meaning they were medically necessary for same-day processing. Despite this, the staff refused to process them as STAT both times. This caused unnecessary delays in care during what is already an incredibly stressful and emotional medical journey. In addition, I was not checked in properly for my appointment, which resulted in me waiting over an hour past my scheduled time with no explanation or urgency from staff. There was a clear lack of coordination, communication, and understanding of the medical importance of these tests. Fertility treatment requires precision and timeliness. The mishandling of these orders added avoidable anxiety and frustration during an already vulnerable time. I cannot recommend this location to patients who need reliable, compassionate, and medically responsive service.
