  I always have a great experience at GNC, especially because of Shannon. She is incredibly kind, patient, and never rushes us—even when we come close to closing time. She takes the time to answer all our questions and makes sure we’re completely comfortable with what we’re buying. Her customer service is genuine and never feels sales-driven. Because of her, we genuinely enjoy coming back to this store every time.

  I had the loveliest time here today! It was my first time, and I just had come in to look and glance around (super nervous and thinking I’d be judged for not being the “right type of person” to be shopping in a GNC). WELL I met the two people working there at the time Kaelyn and her manager and oh my goodness they were so lovely. I ended up getting like four supplements for my workouts and recovery, and I joined the GNC pro so I could see them more often and get more advice and try new things. Kaelyn was knowledgeable on everything I asked her about and she was SO SWEET! This is all to say that I thought there would be a buff guy working there and he would be mean or snobby to me. Literally the farthest from the truth. If you are thinking about looking in GNC, but you’re nervous, don’t be! Kaelyn and her coworkers will treat you so lovely!

  Went today with half of an idea of what i wanted and Shannon immediately invited me in and put me on to some banger products tailored to what i was looking for. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about products and gave me honest opinions that didn’t feel like forced advertising. 10/10 experience and Shannon definitely deserves more recognition 💪
