  Danielle with the dread and glasses should not be taking anyone hermaticrite! She’s unprofessional rude and should not be in customer service! Shes the person where if she’s not in a good mood she will fake your numbers and deferr you. I never have these problems and I’ve been with you guys for 2 years! She pricked me so hard I started bleeding every where then she asked did I need a bandage and I said yes I’m bleeding then I asked her why would she retest my hermaticrite 3 TIMES and held it in the air, If it was a low number at first why wouldn’t you just accept the number…because she needed a number to make up and the more you retest the same Sample the lower it would get. She said in a condescending voice…well your iron is too low today I’m gonna have to defer you.. and I asked what did the first number say she skipped right past that and asked did I want a five dollar card..so I told her I’ll be writing a review and she said cool and looked at her coworker with the thick bangs and bust out laughing in my FACE! Both unprofessional and should be removed and also turned away 3 other people shes not a good fit for this job!

  If I could give zero stars I would. I drove 45 minutes just to be turned away over an address change. During the questionnaire, it asked if my address had changed, so I selected yes. When I get to screening, Carlos, one of their male employees, asked if I could verify the address change. I said no. Then he tried to act like I was stupid and said, “Then why would you hit yes if you can’t verify it?” in a condescending tone. Am I supposed to lie? I assumed the question was just for record-keeping. EXCUSE ME Carlos for not knowing! I completely understand policies, but the attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. Honestly, most of the employees here seem to have a bad attitude. So if you’re considering donating plasma, I’d recommend choosing any other place but this one. Do better, KedPlasma!

  Why is it that, no matter how much plasma people put in the bottles, WE GET THE SAME PRICE $40 then $80 and that's honestly not fair at all. Why would I only get $40 to fill a whole bottle at my weight and someone else smaller than me, filled only half the bottle also gets $40???? At least at CSL they give the people who do the bottles the most, $60 for the first, then $80. $ 40 is absolutely ridiculous. Oh and not to mention, you all are giving cards with the wrong information inside. The paper says i can move money from the card to cash app FOR FREE but I find myself being charged $3.95 to move forty darn bucks. That's false advertising and wrong information, I truly feel like I'm owed money because of that
