Welll, long story short her new staff is young, inexperienced, and unprofessional. I just want the old staff back. Cameron (white guy with blond hair & quite sweet disposition), Brenda (black lady from the islands, I think her name is Brenda) & Lilly the pharmacist. (little sweet East Asian who always is personable and makes me smile)
