  If I could give zero stars I would. I drove 45 minutes just to be turned away over an address change. During the questionnaire, it asked if my address had changed, so I selected yes. When I get to screening, Carlos, one of their male employees, asked if I could verify the address change. I said no. Then he tried to act like I was stupid and said, “Then why would you hit yes if you can’t verify it?” in a condescending tone. Am I supposed to lie? I assumed the question was just for record-keeping. EXCUSE ME Carlos for not knowing! I completely understand policies, but the attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. Honestly, most of the employees here seem to have a bad attitude. So if you’re considering donating plasma, I’d recommend choosing any other place but this one. Do better, KedPlasma!

  Lindsay my girllllll OK she can hold a good conversation in fast n slow environments she down the earth n don’t be overly hurting my finger I leave the screen station with good vibes from my donation after that

  Why is it that, no matter how much plasma people put in the bottles, WE GET THE SAME PRICE $40 then $80 and that's honestly not fair at all. Why would I only get $40 to fill a whole bottle at my weight and someone else smaller than me, filled only half the bottle also gets $40???? At least at CSL they give the people who do the bottles the most, $60 for the first, then $80. $ 40 is absolutely ridiculous. Oh and not to mention, you all are giving cards with the wrong information inside. The paper says i can move money from the card to cash app FOR FREE but I find myself being charged $3.95 to move forty darn bucks. That's false advertising and wrong information, I truly feel like I'm owed money because of that

  Unlike other plasma locations I have visited, this place is BY FAR the fastest. No waiting in line for hours before getting a seat. In and out, no matter day or time. Love this place

  All the staff members are amazing from the vitals to the donor floor , everyone is professional and efficient when it comes to the entire process of donating. Great Staff all across the board.
