  I genuinely adore my doctor here — he is kind, attentive, and truly cares about his patients. If this review were based on him alone, it would easily be five stars. Unfortunately, the front desk staff significantly lowers the experience. I recently called because I ran out of my daily steroid inhaler and was having major trouble breathing. This is a medication I rely on to stay alive, and without it I’m at real risk of an asthma attack. Even after explaining the urgency, I was told they would not write a refill unless I came in. I also explained that I’m temporarily unable to pay my bill until the 16th, and despite knowing the situation could be dangerous, no effort was made to help in the meantime. It’s frustrating and scary to feel dismissed when you’re dealing with something that affects your ability to breathe. The doctor is wonderful, but the front desk’s lack of compassion and flexibility in urgent situations makes this office hard to recommend without hesitation. I truly hope the administrative side improves, because the medical care itself deserves better support.

  My husband and I have been seeing Dr Mcdonald for 13 years . We are very pleased with his competent and caring attitude . He feels like family to us . And his office staff are all the best .I do not like going to doctors .However he makes it almost pleasant
