  This is an awful place! The woman at the front desk was the best! Very polite and helpful. The woman with the braids called me to my room with an attitude and had an attitude while asking questions. I told her I was video calling my mother who lives in another state and she said ok then once I FaceTimed my mother she said she doesn’t want to be recorded I told her it’s FaceTime with my mother so she can listen to the doctor and help me make decisions about surgery. The lady started getting loud and disrespectful even after my mother on the phone even said nobody is recording and I have a right to have representation. Dr Bieltz lied into his recorder stating he discussed everything with me the patient and he didn’t I’ve been sitting for a week with a broken hand bone completely severed in uneven half’s and he grabbed my hand and squeezed it very hard on my broken bone (no he was not setting it) as he was wrapping my hand after complaining that it wasn’t wrapped right and it’s causing extreme pain!!! He looked at my family and said he doesn’t know why I’m doing all that (crying) after he literally squeezed my broken bone then smirked. NEVER BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT! My grandmother had to come up there because if it!! They of course tried to make me look like the bad guy so I walked out and refused to have surgery from a man that is disrespectful and told me that my hand will heal by itself when my metatarsal bone is severed in half not just fractured! And squeezed it then made a joke out of my pain! I’ve been here my whole life and am truly sickened by the treatment I received today!!! He messed my families surgeries up too I should’ve listened and never came here!!! That lady at the front desk is amazing and other staff not involved! And Mrs Sonya you know my whole family that was very ungodly I’d talk today! I am appalled!!! Also my hand is worse then when I initially broke it! The first two pictures are before the third and fourth are after ER set it last is the pictures from Tuesday
