  I don't know what I would do without Penny from Home Instead. She helps me in so many ways, especially by helping me take my son-in-law to appointments. He really enjoys getting out of the house and riding around town. 💜

  I have been associated with and a part of the Home Instead family since January 2026. I was in and out of Archbold Hospital in January, February and in a medical crisis in April-May 2026. I had also seen a Home Instead commercial and decided to call early on. As I recall, Justin called me. We set up an appointment and he explained the contract to me. He was very polite, knowledgeable and truly concerned for my well fare. I consented to the terms of the contract and before I knew it, I was on a schedule and had an immediate burden of worry lifted off me. I was then blessed with meeting several CarePros. Two were outstanding for me. Aysha McBride and Kecie Brooks. They were friendly, compassionate, very knowledgeable, kind, flexible, took me to appointments and generally cared for me like a well loved family member. I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience with Home Instead. I believe you will also find the administrators always available, helpful, also knowledge and a professional run company! I personally thank each and every one of you for your kindness and patience. I’m so very much better and have become comfortably confidence and more independent. Thank you Home Instead, and Aysha and Kecie! I wish you all of God’s Blessings and a very Happy, Holy Merry Christmas.

  Home Instead has been a true lifesaver!! They have been there when I needed to have someone just listen. Their caregivers are the best and truly do care!!

  Home Instead has been a lifesaver. They help me take care of my wife who has dementia. Penny helps with cooking meals, changing linens , laundry, folding clothes, cleaning floors, and personal care. My wife and I love Penny. They have been helping me for over a year and a half. They have helped me with when I have had to go to Dentist and Doctor appointments. The staff, Jessica, Judy and Carol help me with scheduling. They do a great job. The owner Chuck came to the initial consultation and spent time getting to know us and feel comfortable with getting help. Our original caregiver "Z" was excellent as well. I am very blessed to have Home Instead helping me as well as my Wife's family keeping me a float.
