From the moment I walked in, I was blown away. This place is spotless—hands down one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever seen. The staff? Absolute rock stars. Jevon, Fredrick, and Jay are always ready to help with anything you need, whether it’s a question about the equipment or just a friendly word when you walk in. I haven’t met the rest of the team yet, but if they’re anything like these three, then this whole staff is top-notch. Fast forward a month of going every other day (and sometimes daily), and it honestly feels like family. The hydration area is always stocked with chilled drinks, the bathrooms and showers are squeaky clean, and the equipment is simple to figure out. Every machine has a picture showing which muscles it works and how to use it—and if you’re still unsure, the trainer on staff will gladly help. And yes, for those who want them—they’ve got free weights and strength areas too, so you can get a complete workout no matter your level. The Black Card Spa is the cherry on top. We’re talking tanning, red light therapy (the Beauty Angel), and HydroMassage beds that make it hard to leave. It’s not just a gym—it’s an experience. Sure, weekend hours are shorter, but during the week you’ve got 24/7 access, with staff always ready to help. They call it Planet Fitness, but honestly, it feels more like Planet Fitness Family. If you’ve been putting off joining a gym because you’re intimidated, this is your sign. Stop waiting—jump in. You won’t regret it.

The gum was not busy so I cannot report that it was sweat, def smelled like it has not been moped or cleaned as much as it should. The 1 employee who was working was polite. Other than the 1 guy who had to let everyone know he was there, my experience was good.
- FGFear GodlyJul 20, 20251.0Management encouraged me to bring my grandson in with me for workouts with my membership and now that they have new staff he can't be in the facility.Not only that but told my grandson he can't be in the gym in front of everyone embarrassing him and making him insecure.Worst in class service award goes to new planet fitness employee.#Do BETTER definitely won't be recommending this gym to anyone anymore.
