From the moment I walked in, Nick at the reception desk greeted me warmly and handled all the details with a genuine smile. My primary care physician, Janet Shim, was equally fantastic—attentive, patient, and truly invested in understanding my concerns. But the highlight was my experience with Dr. Ngọc, the family doctor who treated me. Dr. Ngọc was incredibly thorough and impressively knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Overall, the entire team was not only highly professional but also genuinely caring. Their expertise and kindness made a significant difference in my health journey, and I’m truly grateful for the outstanding service.
