  Sophia Jackson is the provider who helped me, and she went above and beyond to show me with what was needed and why for my daughter to attend summer camp this year. She took her time and explained things and it turned out that she was able to relate to me and my daughter with my daughter's past illness. Mrs. Jackson is very competent and helpful and I'm sure that if one is seen by her, they will feel better knowing they're in good hands. I appreciated her service.

  Zero stars would be more accurate to rate the unpleasant and rude receptionist who was peeved from the minute she came back from her lunch at 2:15 complaining to me that they shouldn’t have a 2:15 appointment because it’s right after lunch and I’d have to wait until she could log in to her computer and do all of the things she had to do before I’d be seen. Numerous other rude comments to me and 30 minutes later she told me to go into a room, no indication of what room, while she sat at her computer. She then asked me what tests I wanted done and shoved a mask at my face. She’s not a medical professional and she clearly does not like her job and is in the wrong field. A little patience and compassion goes a long way especially when someone isn’t feeling well. The provider was pleasant but I won’t return.

  백신을 맞기 위해 하루 전에 예약을 했어요. 모든양식을 작성하고요. 5분전에 도착 하라고 했지만 그들은 20분간 기다리게 하더니 양식을 작성 하고 나서야 이 백신은 없다는 말을 들었습니다. 온라인으로 접수 할 때 이 백신이 있다고 해서 왔는데 이제야 주문 해야 한다고 하네요. 처음부터 없다고 하면 20분동안 기다리지 않아도 됐을텐데요.

  Terrible..day time robbery. My mom was experiencing eye pain and we went there after to taking the appointment. Before registration, we confirmed that it can be consulted. We were called after 20 min of appointment time and charged upfront $89 (Mom didn’t have insurance), the nurse Casey came and asked and she had no clue after hearing the symptoms and she took her phone and started googling. I almost laughed. I could do the same. Then without doing anything she said, you have to go to an eye doctor and I asked about the payment and she immediately said “it’s the consulting fee and not refundable. It’s unfair to charge when a service is not offered. I have reported to the Kroger store manager about the incident to have a resolution. Stay away from here. They will rip your wallet and no treatment.

  I went in for a covid test. I asked if there was a charge, I was told no: there was not a charge. They ran it through my insurance as an exam, charged $119 and a $35 copay for me!
