I had a really great experience at Target Optical, thanks to Tiffany. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to answer all my questions without rushing, helped me find frames that actually suited my face and preferences, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
If you’re going to Target Optical, I highly recommend asking for Tiffany. She truly goes above and beyond.
Staff was very professional and through and eye exam was smooth and gentle.
The staff explained my vision and recommended a good Frame for my new lenses. The department was clean and no odors and trash was empty and not over flowing. The staff members sanitized their hands before proceeding with exam and eye wears. Questions and concerns were promptly answered.
Felt very happy and satisfied afterward.
I appreciate all Staff that were helping and answering questions and concerns.

Scheduled an appointment and they called and said they'd call if there was any insurance problem. No one called, but when I showed up at the store they said the "computer was down" and they couldn't verify my insurance. Wouldn't the time to tell me that be before I got down there like you said?
Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Won't be going back.

I truly value the care provided by Dr. Phillip, but unfortunately, I am facing some challenges in returning for future visits. During my consultation, I specifically requested an upgraded reading prescription. Dr. Phillip mentioned that the new prescription might be slightly too strong and adjusted it accordingly. After the visit, I ordered two pairs of glasses, one for home and one for work. However, when I received them, they were made with my distance prescription, despite my clear request for reading glasses. I did not double-check the prescription before placing the order.
I then contacted the office and received my correct reading prescription, ordering two additional pairs of glasses. When they arrived, the prescription appeared to be for the stronger version, with no adjustment made. As a result, while I could see clearly up close (about 18 inches from the monitor), the vision remained blurry when I leaned back.
Now, I find myself with four pairs of glasses that are not suitable for my needs. In hindsight, I would advise others to verify their prescription before leaving Dr. Phillip's office to avoid a similar disappointment.
