- HHHeidi HarrisonNov 18, 20172.0I’ve filled many prescriptions here without incident but I dropped one off Thursday at noon for my son’s Friday morning surgery, and when I returned at 9:00 the next morning this pharmacy told me my insurance had declined it. Kroger had all day to call and tell me there was a problem, but did nothing. I had no time, so I took my son to surgery with no pain meds. The pharmacist was so rude and uncaring and unwilling to help when my doctor and his nurse called, they cancelled it and I filled it elsewhere while on the way home from surgery.
