Bad customer service at this pharmacy. The pharmacist gets to my wife's nerves each time she goes to pick up her meds. This time I was with her and now I saw why they get to her nerves. Just rude behavior and don't care attitude.

Very disappointing experience at the Kroger Pharmacy in Suwanee. I went in to pick up my grandmother’s prescriptions, and unfortunately the experience was extremely unpleasant, which makes it even more upsetting.
The service was poor and the staff came across as very unfriendly. The pharmacist on duty was not personable at all and spoke in a rude and dismissive tone. Sometimes, when a floating pharmacist or staff member is around, they will allow a customer to check out one or two small items, like a shampoo, chocolate, or over-the-counter product, right at the pharmacy. At this location, I was bluntly told no and that I had to go to the front registers, even for just one or two items. There was no courtesy, no explanation, and no sense of customer care.
It was also frustrating that when I was told no alternate ID was needed for free medication, this was communicated in a careless and indifferent way, which made the whole experience feel cold and unwelcoming.
Overall, it was a very sad experience, especially when all I was trying to do was pick up my grandmother’s prescriptions. After seeing similar feedback in other reviews and experiencing this myself, I have decided to move her prescriptions to CVS Pharmacy. Kroger management really needs to pay closer attention to the pharmacy department instead of continuing to overlook these issues.

Went in to fill a prescription, they said they would check if they had it in stock. All the she did was whisper something to the pharmacist and said no, we can’t fill this prescription. Never went to go check anything.

I would have given a zero star if there was one. I am a nurse and I wanted to refill my patient's medication for the weekend and behold I called the pharmacy and spoke to Jane Peters who is a pharmacist. After giving her all information she needed, she told me that she had to verify my Doctor's phone number over the internet!!!!
Mind you I am a hospice nurse, all Doctors that work for hospice have to use the hospice phone number.
This pharmacist pretty much refused to refill a dying hospice patient meds because the call back phone number (she thinks is not link to the Dr without trying).
After insisting, she became very rude and actually hung up on me. She do not understand the meaning of customer to be this arrogant to a customer.
She needs a little more in service on her job because she is terrible. Although she finally got the meds refill, but she messed up my day and my altitude. I Wish management can look into situations like this because Kroger is a great store and I have been using them for years with no issues.
