Bad customer service at this pharmacy. The pharmacist gets to my wife's nerves each time she goes to pick up her meds. This time I was with her and now I saw why they get to her nerves. Just rude behavior and don't care attitude.

Very disappointing experience at the Kroger Pharmacy in Suwanee. I went in to pick up my grandmother’s prescriptions, and unfortunately the experience was extremely unpleasant, which makes it even more upsetting. The service was poor and the staff came across as very unfriendly. The pharmacist on duty was not personable at all and spoke in a rude and dismissive tone. Sometimes, when a floating pharmacist or staff member is around, they will allow a customer to check out one or two small items, like a shampoo, chocolate, or over-the-counter product, right at the pharmacy. At this location, I was bluntly told no and that I had to go to the front registers, even for just one or two items. There was no courtesy, no explanation, and no sense of customer care. It was also frustrating that when I was told no alternate ID was needed for free medication, this was communicated in a careless and indifferent way, which made the whole experience feel cold and unwelcoming. Overall, it was a very sad experience, especially when all I was trying to do was pick up my grandmother’s prescriptions. After seeing similar feedback in other reviews and experiencing this myself, I have decided to move her prescriptions to CVS Pharmacy. Kroger management really needs to pay closer attention to the pharmacy department instead of continuing to overlook these issues.

I was handed professionally and quickly with documentation of my vaccination. Had good conversation the quality visitors to this pharmacy. I bought a Moderna vaccination tshirt online outside of Kroger and I think everyone should, who is vaccinated.

Just moved to the area and shopped there for the first time. I took my small cart to the front at 10:35 pm and the last cashier said she was closing after her current customer. I was the only one there after that one. I was tired but, oh well. I go to bring in a bigger cart to take with me to self checkout, pass that same cashier and she is checking out a new customer with an enormous amount of items in a large cart. I asked her why and she shrugged. She was African American as was the new customer. I'm not. I wish there were another explanation. Not going back.

I'm giving 1 star because the pharmacy was still open @ 9:05 pm. But sometime in the last 3 mo., Kroger stopped price matching. Merry Christmas! Your prescription cost just trippled without prior notice. I was a Kroger customer for 30 years. Thanks for giving me the incentive to shop around. I'm done with you now...
