- OCOlivia CaiMar 17, 20265.0I've always come to this dental clinic for my treatments because it's the closest to my home, and luckily, I've met a great dentist and staff. The front desk is very friendly, and although there were some issues with claims before, they were always helpful in resolving them. I've always been afraid of dental visits, but unfortunately, I have many dental problems that require attention. Dr. Chiru has always been patient and kind in helping me address my dental issues. Because of the positive experiences, I also recommended my father to see Dr. Chiru for his treatments. He completed three implants and other procedures. When his implants caused discomfort by bitting his cheek, Dr. Chiru consistently made adjustments without any additional charges. I've since moved away from that area and had to find a new dentist. However, after I moved, a root canal and crown that Dr. Chiru had done for me about two years ago fell out. When I called the clinic for assistance, they informed me that it was beyond the one-year warranty period. My new dentist also mentioned that another root canal treatment done around the same time might be at risk of falling out, so I need to be careful with it. Overall, despite these issues, my previous experiences at the clinic were positive.
