- TMtabby martinezMar 28, 20265.0I was a little hesitant to get my first adjustment, but since I recently started working as a chiropractic assistant, I felt it was important to experience it myself, not just to understand the mechanics, but also how patients feel. Dr. Caputo immediately eased all of my concerns by explaining everything he was doing throughout the process, which made me feel really comfortable. I did feel a bit sore afterward, but knowing that it’s normal as your muscles adjust made it much less concerning. With a little rest and an ice pack, it was totally manageable. Within 24 hours, I felt an incredible amount of relief and had no soreness at all. All the fear I had about adjustments completely disappeared. I would highly recommend Dr. Caputo!

He used techniques specifically for pregnancy (Webster technique). He specializes in trauma care, but it’s clear he is knowledgeable in so many areas and takes a very thoughtful approach to treatment. He made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and was very gentle knowing how far along I was in my pregnancy. The front staff was also incredibly kind and professional, which made the entire experience even better.
