Told her i had tight congested chest and probably needed some antibiotics and an inhaler... she said she didn't understand. This is not a real doctor. Do not waste your time here.

Had a sinus infection that was killing me. It’s was 20 minutes until they closed. I asked if I could be seen and the receptionist and the provider made a few excuses to deter me from being seen. He stated that he doesn’t prescribe antibiotics the first time a person is seen because he said in the past other providers were quick to hand out antibiotics and now they don’t work very well.
Sorry excuse for a provider who knows very little about me.

Ashley was so nice and so was the nurse. Two precious clinics and urgent cares had turned me away and I was really desperate. Ashley made my aunt and I prioritized and cared for. She was really patient as a interpreted for my aunt which I really appreciated. She also had really nice makeup!
