Clearly they made sure you are getting all the "bells and whistles" when you look at their office decor, new equipment and the efficiency of how the staff operates. Dr. Chang was informative as well as professional. Parking was not hard with plenty of shops nearby.

Amazing experience from start to finish. From the front desk staff, to hygienist Mrs. Patel, to Dr. Chang, and even checkout — everyone was incredibly professional and kind. My son loves this place too! I also realized it’s not just for kids, but for adults as well, which is great. My son has been dealing with some ulcer issues, and Dr. Chang was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything and ensure the stuff to set a reminder for the follow up carefully. He is incredibly kind and approachable, and truly takes the time to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. It’s a bit different from a typical pediatric dental office (no toys), but I actually love that - the professionalism, cleanliness, and genuine care really stand out. The office is super neat and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I have bad history with dental work and was really dreading some crowns I needed to take care of. I expressed my concerns to the team prior to my appointment and I was really impressed with how they responded. Everyone made me feel really comfortable, they did a great job explaining every step of the way, and I now have the most comfortable crowns I have ever had. I really appreciated how they listened to my concerns and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I was impressed with the overall professionalism of Dr Chang and his team- they worked like a well oiled machine. My trust in dentistry is restored and I am very thankful that this practice opened up so close to home. They also did a great job with billing and insurance making sure there were no last minute surprises and all expenses could be properly prepared for prior to the procedures so that by the time I got in the chair I didn’t have the added stress of unexpected costs. Overall I had a great experience with Sweet City Smiles and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Best dental experience I could have hoped for!
- DRDana RSDec 16, 20255.0Took my son to this dentist because I found raving reviews about Dr. Chang and his staff online. It was absolutely the right decision. My son needed xrays and a cleaning. The hygienist was very patient, detailed and informative. She answered every question that we asked. They use modern xray equipment to get a detailed scan of the mouth. The dentist doesn't try to provide any unnecessary services. I was concerned about my teens wisdom teeth and possibly braces. Dr. Chang was also very thorough. He recommended a follow up with an orthodontist, but I liked that he didn't push for invisiline. Especially since it may not be necessary. I appreciated his honesty. I do not have dental insurance and I think the cost for the cleaning and xrays was very reasonable. My son's old dentist charged more, and he had the prehistoric xray machine. The entire staff was friendly. They also offer an annual plan for self pay patients, which helps with the cost of cleanings and xrays. Would recommend 10 out of 10!
