They didn't have my full prescription of fast acting insulin and I had been out of it for days they found it in stock at a Kroger that was a little too far for me and they ended up having one pen so they filled me a partial prescription with what they did have in stock. I really appreciated them taking the time to help me get it figured out so I had to leave a review. Also I was able to get fuel points for my prescription even though my insurance covered all costs apparently you can get fuel points as long as your insurance isn't government insurance Medicaid etc

- EPElise PritchardJul 15, 20251.0As a medical professional, I genuinely only prefer to give kudos when someone goes above and beyond, and tend to not respond to negative experiences. This time is different. I am currently on a pain scale of 8.5/10 and never experienced this, ever - called the Kroger sugar hill pharmacy and was greeted by an extremely rude, obviously annoyed human. Of course I’m having a mild pain med sent to pharmacy so suddenly I am a nuisance bc all patients needing pain meds are drug seekers and issues, right? That’s how it felt. I was dismissed and then given a pick up time of 4+ hours from now and then, cherry on top, the person hung up on me. I will never step foot in that place again and I will sing through the rooftops for all humans (and their pets) go elsewhere. Compassion and empathy do not exist at this Kroger pharmacy.
