It’s a shame because their rigidity has made me consider canceling my unlimited membership and just put the thousands I would spend at the studio into investing in my own reformer machine. It’s too bad because I really do like the instructors.

Although realistically, you have already sent an email-cancellation the day after the last payment and are not attending classes. I don’t know how I would be able to ensure that classes would be available to me because the place is so small. They can only train a certain amount of people at one time. The cost is very high in comparison to a gym membership. 3 times per week $200+. Good concept, but not worth what they are asking for membership.
