I asked for the pharmacist to get a recommendation. He was an older white gentleman with white hair, and a beard like Santa Claus. Very rude, and unaccommodating. To be honest, he seemed to be very miserable with his job. He needs to retire, and take his misery elsewhere. If he’s doing it to me, he’s probably doing this to others. I typically shop at this Kroger often, but this will change because of the experience I had today. Unfortunate.

I spent about 2 hours on the phone with the Pharmacist as he worked with me tirelessly to get the cost of my sons medication down. We came to the conclusion that I would just have to pay the up front cost and wait for his prior authorization to go through. He told me that the medication would be ready when I came to pick it up. I pulled into the drive through and was the 5th car in line. I waited patiently, greeted the pharmacy tech only to have her tell me that his med isnt ready. To add insult to injury she then proceeded to tell me to pull off, rejoin the end of the line and just wait anouther 20 mins to be seen. I told her no and left. Do better Kroger. If I had the choice to take my business elsewhere I would.
