**LONG REVIEW** I had a high-risk pregnancy due to my baby being growth restricted, which required frequent monitoring with a maternal fetal specialist (biweekly, then weekly, and eventually twice a week) — we were made aware of this between 20-22 weeks. Unfortunately, my experience with this primary practice did not meet expectations for that level of care.
From my very first appointment, the environment was not the most welcoming. However, I chose to continue my care with this practice because it was in-network with my insurance and conveniently located.
Throughout my pregnancy, I do not feel that I was properly educated on the seriousness of fetal growth restriction or what to expect moving forward. Important discussions, such as the possibility of induction, were not brought up until about a week before delivery.
Additionally, I never met the OBGYN who ultimately delivered my baby until I was admitted to the hospital the day before birth. This lack of continuity made an already stressful situation feel even more uncertain.
During my hospital stay, I also had a negative experience with bedside manner. The midwife present was dismissive toward my mother, which added to the discomfort during an already vulnerable time. I was also unable to eat or drink for nearly 12 hours after being admitted, without clear communication as to why.
I was also told that I was not a priority for a room to attempt a natural birth because I was not dilated. I expressed that I wanted the opportunity to try for a vaginal delivery, but I felt repeatedly redirected away from that option. After feeling discouraged and unsupported, I ultimately agreed to a C-section.
Following my surgery, I did not receive any meaningful follow-up care beyond being told to reschedule an appointment with the provider — I could continue providing details but I trust the picture is clear.
Overall, I left this experience feeling unsupported, under-informed, and without adequate guidance during what was a high-risk pregnancy. I hope this feedback encourages better communication, patient education, and more compassionate, patient-centered care for future patients.

The receptionist who answers the phone is super rude, unhelpful, leaves you on hold for long periods of time and then hangs up on you. When you call back she refuses to schedule you for an appointment even when you say that you have your last pap smear information.

Today was suppose to be my first visit with Dr Singh I choose Dr Singh because one of my patient had her fibroids removed by Dr Singh and she spoke highly of Dr Singh with me being new in Georgia and having had very bad experiences with few doctors I choosed to work with Dr Singh not by review but by one on one interaction with her patient at my job.
i arrived early for my appointment after undressing and waiting at the examination room hoping to see Dr Singh behold another Doctor came in I will not say the Doctor I saw was good or bad but I am extremely angry that i clearly spelt out the name of the Dr I wanted to see but I was scheduled to see another doctor. Why will the scheduler do such without my knowledge why would I be forced to see a doctor I did not choose this gives me mix feeling about this clinic I have allowed doctors and clinics treat me like trash which has landed me where I am today,I have decided to stand up for myself hence this review this is the first time ever I am expressing my experience to the public.at first I did ignored the scheduler being rude over the phone but deliberately scheduling me with another doctor after I clearly spelt the name of my preferred Doctor speaks volume.I am so angry that I have to sit in my car for about 2 hours before typing this review.
In addition today 02/11/26 doctor’s office in Arizona just call to tell me a medical release form was sent to them from this clinic without phone number not fax number only my phone number and my address how do yall expect the hospital to reach you.these people are so unprofessional I will be honest here today the doctor I say on 02/09/26 was so dismissive, she didn’t pay attention to me,she was so much in a hurry to leave.she was so unfriendly and mean I will put her name here when I get home.the lady at the front desk was smiling acting all nice the min one of my feet step out I could hear them start a conversation about what had happen am sure they went deep in the conversation that she forgot to send the medical records request with all the information needed.horrible place to go

I absolutely love my OB/GYN women’s specialist! From the moment you walk in, the staff is kind, welcoming, and professional.
The providers have excellent bedside manner and truly make you feel comfortable and heard.
Yearly checkups are so important, and having a team that treats you with care, respect, and compassion makes all the difference.
I’m grateful to have found a practice that values women’s health and patient experience so highly.
