The staff was overwhelmed. There were only two staff for a full schedule. I had to wait, but I don't blame the workers. I blame the scheduler or managers. This is a consistent problem I've seen at different locations- not enough staff.
Clean facility , great customer service and had us in and out.

Kaycie was professional, sweet, and knowledgeable. When it was time for my jab, I didn't feel ANYTHING!!! Thank you so much, you are amazing and I hope to get you next time.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Check in at 11:00 said I have an appointment at 1:40pm. Show up at 1:25 and I am not in the que to be seen. No staff in the lobby to help sort out the situation. After knocking on the door you get major additude from staff and the manager that was with her. This waiting room only has the non working kiosks(meaning when you make an appointment it tells you that you have one) , but you don't. Horribly run and managed. Tell your doctor to send you anywhere else but this joke of a place

I scheduled an appointment at this location for a urine drug screening. When I arrived, I was told — in a very unprofessional manner — that they were not conducting urine screenings, only blood screenings. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
What was especially disappointing was that the staff member who made the announcement did not offer any alternative solution. It was only because another patient asked whether she could recommend a different location that another option was even mentioned. Otherwise, the interaction felt very dismissive.
If urine screening is not available at this location, it should not be an option when booking online. The system specifically asked whether I needed a urine or blood screening, and I selected urine — so this should have been clear beforehand.
I understand that unexpected changes can happen. My concern is not the change itself, but the attitude and lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled. When working with patients in a sensitive and personal setting, courtesy and clear communication are essential.
I chose not to escalate the situation in the office, but I hope this feedback encourages better communication and professionalism moving forward.
