  I came here for a new IUD as mine was expiring. I was told on the phone it would just be a consult since I was a new patient but when the Dr saw me she said she could go ahead and give me a new one. I expressed concern as the two I’ve gotten in the past the drs had me come in on my period while I was dilated and gave me 800mg Motrin ahead of time. She told me none of that really mattered and assured me it wouldn’t be painful. I was skeptical but didn’t want to make another trip so I proceeded. It of course ended up being very painful and a terrible experience unlike any I’ve had before. I also asked if she’d be open to discussing sterilization as I made the decision to not have kids 10 yrs ago due to my chronic health condition. Instead of a simple no she laughed at me and went on and on about how I’m too young. Didn’t even bother to ask me my reasons or anything. The office also tried billing me $60 instead of my usual $20 copay but my insurance worked it out for me. Safe to say I’ll never be back and do not recommend going. And I did find a Dr that helped me despite her telling me I never would!

  The staff is pleasant and friendly, the facility is very clean and well kept. You can keep track of your visits, labs, and medications with their mobile app. It's a very modern and smoothly ran establishment. However, the doctors aren't very attentive unless you push for it. I went to at least 5 prenatal routine check ups and they last all but 3 minutes. During one appointment I explained that I was having reflux and as a result a really ugly cough. The doctor acknowledged this with an "uh huh" and proceeded to do the routine heartbeat check and uterus measurement. They took some notes on the computer told me to come back in 3 weeks and have a good day. Then left. I didn't even have a moment to follow up on my complaint about the cough and reflux to determine next steps. I've only had a pleasant experience with Dr. Cherry who is very knowledgeable and attentive. Dr. Thomas is also very sweet even though she appears very green in the field.

  Nice customer service. Doctor was respectful and made me feel comfortable. The nurse was so kind🥰

  this place is terrible with answering the phone when in need of assistance. i’ve called yall phone 4 times and i’m steady being sent to voicemail.. it makes no sense.
