  Insanely rigid policy being held in place by a wildly incompetent staff. Hours online don’t match hours in real life, and nobody answers the phone when they “open”. Called at 8:30 with a question about my 9am appt before I arrived. Nobody answered the phone so I didn’t know if I should come or not. By the time the apathetic secretary answered the phone 5 mins before my appointment, there was a “$50 no show fee”. Even when you reschedule instead of cancel, and even if it’s their fault you did not have all the necessary information for your appointment, they still want to charge you a bogus fee. Congratulations on getting the $50 fee because I’m not spending another dollar outside of that at this sham establishment. It’s not a high fee, but it’s the principle of poor client care.

  Ive tried twice to get an appointment here for my meningioma. The lady who answered the phone is rude, and a little mean for the first point of contact. Im looking for another doctor

  The lady sound like she has an attitude when you call. I can never get an appointment &the year I did dr.Paney doesn’t seem to care about my needs or give me a comfortable feeling..looking for a new doctor

  Dr. Pandey has been my doctor for a few years now and it is always hard to get an appointment . I recently had a stroke on Dec.13 2025. I saw Dr. Pandey in the hospital. Although he didn't say I needed a follow-up. Since my stroke I have had 3 very bad headaches on the left side of my head. Not my normal migraines. My primary doctor said I need to see my neurologist asap. I called and they said he doesn't have any appointments until February, for a patient that just had a stroke. Person on phone was rude and did not give me a choice to see one of the other doctors there. Now beside my head and my heart racing after the call. My anxiety is high and I'm having to find another neurologist.
