Security guards being hostile and when I asked too go too my car and wait while my grandma sat in the room for a bit they questioned me and acted like I was some drug addict. They won't even let me leave too go too my car I don't feel safe in here at all!!!!

The neglect is crazy.
This is my second time this week coming into this hospital for them to tell me it was nothing but And minor infection wrong with my foot. Take antibiotics and painkillers. My foot is no longer even receiving blood flow. That’s how swollen it is. I trusted their medical advice and now I feel like my foot is in jeopardy and I’m still in the waiting room because they wanna go back through all the same processes I just went through Tuesday instead of just seeing about me right now off of false information they gave me about my foot and my condition. They end up keeping me and doing surgery on me which saved My life Because the infection has spread it so deep that it was about to be in my bone meaning I probably would’ve had to get some type of amputation . Oh, and also my second time coming back the emergency parking lot at the top was completely full mind you I cannot even walk, but I drove myself here. I told the police officer at the front door of the emergency room that I could not walk but yet he’s still instructing me to go to the lower bottom area and park at another doctors office and use the side steps to come up which are two separate flights of steps to get back to the emergency room by time I made it to the emergency room door. I was hyperventilating. My foot was extremely irritated and swollen barely could walk mind you blood pressure through the roof from triage taking my vitals. No one offered to bring a chair out to me while I had to go all the way down there and park they waited until I got to the entrance of the door to bring me a chair, but on the bright side once I got admitted into the hospital, the staff was lovely very caring Pay very close attention to my foot and the infection, making sure I was comfortable making sure I was hydrated making sure I was clean helping me stay in good spirits because due to this I actually missed my kids spring break and Easter

Much better visit this time compared to a few months ago! They are improving. Minus nurses up front triaging saying they aren’t getting a wheelchair for a high risk patient. Everything else went completely smooth. Good job piedmont Henry for stepping it up

Nurse Lora in ER was amazing! ! She was compassionate, attentive and extremely professional! And she had a sense of humor! I was so glad we had her as our nurse!!

Bought my granddaughter there because it’s the closest hospital to our home. She is a three month premature baby. She was having breathing problems. They were not concerned with that. The wait time was ridiculous. Go somewhere else at this point they need to shut this hospital down.
