  Wonderful place. Labor and delivery is amazing! The nurses are caring and lovely (excluding Taylor who I’m sure doesn’t even like the color of the nurses she works with including the patients due to her passive aggressive responses and demeanor and Destiny who is condescending and barely checks on patients). Other than those 2 it was a great experience last week and we’re enjoying parenthood!

  Your outpatient surgical center on ground floor North Entrance has some of the best nurses i have ever seen. Mrs Brenda you were a blessing yesterday and Samantha omg thank you! They keep you updated on your loved one, send you messages while their in surgery and let you know they are ok. The nurses who have compassion and treat others with dignity while they are sick are really topteir.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

  my family member was placed on Ed observation floor, let's just say their staff there was unprofessional. nurses sleeping at the station, nurses leaving the floor to go to parking lot. everything can be heard from nursing station to other patients care. there's no private rooms. manager is never there to discuss issues. nurses on night shift are sleeping or just talking throughout the night. heard a pt next curtain from ours say she had chest pain. the nurse was nowhere to be found, family in the room was panicking because her daughter was hurting. another nurse came in and told them the primary nurse would be in there. she never came, and shift change started. That sums up the care that is giving at this hospital. That floor needs new management, a whole new team of staff, and private rooms. Also want to mention they had 5 NURSES WORKING THAT NIGHT WITH only 3 PATIENTS. JUST awful service !

  My mother was recently dx with stage 4 cancer and has been hospitalized a few times since. I know I have an opinion of my experience with this hospital as it relates to long ER waits and the nurses can come off rude. However i have to admit my mother has been treated very well and had some awesome nurses. The nurse in ICU Tamnisha and another nurse named BRENDON i believe hes on the 4th floor has the best bedside manner Ive seen in a long time. Tamnisha made a profound statement and said she treats her patients like they are her own family and I truly believe her! Her attentiveness and compassion for my mom means much to our family. She really went over and beyond to make sure my mom was ok! Now if the ER could place some more nurses like her in their department peoples opinion may change! She was just that great!!!!
