  I was seen by Dr. Michael Sylvester and I cannot recommend him enough. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things clearly to me. When he had to get hands on for the exam, he had a careful, gentle touch. We both thought I would need numbing for a certain part of the exam, but because he was so gentle, I didn't need it!

  Dr. Herman was my Dr. When his office was in Riverdale many years ago. I didn't know where he had moved to, until last year. Today he is the same Caring and genuine Dr. He was back then. The feel you get when he treat you is like he's treating his own family members. He is a God sent to me. I feel so much better after all these years. Thanks Dr. Herman. May God continue to bless you with Health and Strength for you and your family.

  I feel the service at the doctor was fair however the cancelation policy is a little crazy? After getting a confirmation text that gave me the option to cancel my appointment, I did. I pressed the button to cancel. In every other confirmation text I’ve had in my life that’s in the end of it. Apparently not because 30 minutes later, I got another text asking “are you sure that you want to cancel your appointment?“ I completely missed this text message because I’ve never seen someone asked twice???? Anyways, now something I owe them $50? I canceled the appointment and for some reason yall needed me to cancel twice to avoid a fee. Feel like that’s a pretty unfair charged myself which is why I won’t be back.

  Everyone from the receptionist to the pre-op nurses up to the doctor or courteous and very kind. Treated you like a king. Surgery went well and all is better in my life. I'm thankful to have been able to find the right people to take care of me.

  I've been a patient of Dr. Herman for twelve years. He performed a procedure on my sinuses that had been bothering me for six months. I'd previously been to several other health care professionals, but it was to no avail. Whenever I needed to be seen, an appointment was scheduled immediately. He is, by far, the BEST otolaryngologist that I've seen since 1975. He diagnosis and then thoroughly explains my condition. The staff at Georgia ENT also sets the tone upon entering which is displayed by their warmth, professionalism, and courteous behaviors. I'm always seen expeditiously and don't have to wait long.
