Dr Shepherd and his staff were exceedingly knowledgeable and competent in my care. I felt safe and cared for throughout my procedure. My root canal was accomplished in no time at all, and really felt like no big deal. I stressed over nothing. I will never go anywhere else and would recommend Dr Shepherd to everyone. Besides all that good news... his price for the procedure was the best price around.
- DADavona AzangaAug 2, 20254.0I called on a Monday and they were able to squeeze me in on Wednesday. Jessica at the front office was great, Dr Shepherd was thorough and the assistant was sweet. The only thing that annoyed the mess out of me was I had an appt for an extraction on Friday and I called all day Thursday requesting an email for my X-rays to send to the other facility but Dr Shepherds office never sent the email and I had to push my extraction back another week. Talk about PISSED! Anywho hope I never have to come back but if I do I would possibly consider this office again.
