- TTTommy ThomasonOct 23, 20255.0Showed up on Monday 10/20/2025 at Stockbridge with my left side hearing aid not working. Terry and Bonnie were the only ones there. They jumped right on my problem and started trying to repair it. They figured out that the wire must be the answer and replaced it even though they had never replaced the wire on my particular model. Plugged in the new wire and done! My hearing was working like new. No charge either! Thank you ladies! Excellent customer service.
