I was so excited to see if they had new patient slots because of how amazing the reviews are, however, I've unfortunately been constantly ignored. I've filled out the form on the website twice, emailed, and called and left two voicemails (in the span of a month, maybe a little longer). I completely understand if a practice isn't taking new patients, but I thought it would have been good customer service to call/email someone inquiring about it back to let them know that they are full. This was just my experience, but the first impression hasn't been the greatest.
