I need a refill for my prescription and, although I finally managed to speak to someone and she wasn’t friendly as it feels like I am bothering her. I still haven't received a callback. I've been calling everyday all day, but my calls go straight to voicemail. I’m about to give up. I hate to leave Dr. Fricke. I put one start because I am beyond frustrated and that I have to leave bad reviews. Please get rid of your bad employees.
